SCHEDULE

  • Please aim to be at the venue by 2:30 PM to take your seat at the Ceremony.

    Refreshments will be available.

  • The ceremony will start at 3:00pm sharp, at Coatseville Settlers Hall

  • As the couple go for photographs, there will be a taxi provided to transport you down the road to Hallertau for Reception.

  • Reception will begin with a happy hour while the couple have some photos taken.

  • Dinner will be provided as sharing plates.

    As part of your RSVP, please indicate any dietary requirements or allergies you have.

    We will send you the menu via email closer to the time.

  • After dinner, we will carry on into the evening with more drinks and celebrations.

  • We will begin to wrap up the celebration at 10:30PM with last orders at the bar.

  • Guests will be asked to leave the venue at 11pm.

    Please organise your own transportation back home.

TRANSPORT

  • Auckland to Coatesville is a 30 minute drive.

    Alternatively, you can get a bus from City Centre to Albany Station, where you can change to the Number 126 bus which will take you to Coatesville Settlers Hall. The journey will take 1 hour or so depending on traffic.

  • Coatesville Settlers Hall is a 15 minute drive from Albany.

    If you take the Number 126 bus from Albany Station, it will drop you outside Coatesville Settlers Hall. The journey will take 20 minutes.

  • Coatesville Settlers Hall is a 25 minute drive from Orewa.

    If you take the bus from Hibiscus Coast Station to Albany Station, then change to the Number 126 bus it will drop you outside Coatesville Settlers Hall. The journey will take 45 minutes.

  • Yes! Of course.

    We will make sure you have a meal to see you through the evenings’ celebrations.

    Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies in the RSVP form.

    We will send an email with menu and food choices closer to the time.

  • Yes – but it won’t be an open bar.

    We will provide a selection of drinks for everyone enjoy at the happy hour, and there will be wine on the table to accompany the meal.

    Non-alcoholic options will also be available throughout the evening.

    The bar will be open to purchase any further alcoholic refreshments you may want.

  • No – don’t worry, we will get you from Ceremony to Reception!

    Please find your own way to the Ceremony venue.

    Transport will then be provided to get you from the ceremony venue to the reception restaurant.

  • Your presence is our present.

    Given we are travelling back to the UK, we unfortunately have no space to take any gifts home.

    There will be a ‘Wishing Well’ if you wish to give a card.

  • We love your children, but we would like to keep the celebration an adult only occasion so that everyone can relax and let their hair down.

  • Yes! Of course.

    Please provide this information even if Holly is already aware of them.

  • No – you definitely do not!

    We are opening the invite to both celebrations to everyone.

    However, we definitely do not expect everyone to come to both.

    Come along to which ever celebration is easy for you – or come to both if you want an excuse to travel abroad!

    This is very important so we can finish organising numbers, plans and costs.

    We’ve got a lot to do, so we don’t have time to chase you for an answer – if you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume the answer is ‘No’.
